The Fat Folks Tarot originally began as non-profit project and which benefited Trans Lifeline with a portion of the proceeds. Over 70 artists worked as a group to complete all 78 tarot cards of the Major and Minor Arcanas.

The purpose of the project was to provide depictions of people who had traditionally been left out of the imagery in traditional tarot cards. This includes fat, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks. With Fat Folks Tarot, we have brought together a group of diverse fat artists and created a unique deck created by and for fat people.

The deck printed twice, and in the final print run we succeeded in its funding of $63,825 raised by 823 individual backers that supported our project.

We are incredibly proud of being included on this project, and it's one of our favorite highlights of our entire art career.

Our contribution was the 'Eight of Wands'

Featuring our fat transgender gay witch boy flying towards the future with a swift pace high in the sky upon his altar led by his eight wands glowing bright. He just did his T shot, so he has a band-aid on his thigh from self-injection. We love our boy!
